Elance provider SynapseIndia recently achieved a Level 3 status of the Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) for Software product development.
The CMMI award is given to companies that maintain a high level of quality and systematic processes in the following functional areas: product development, customer satisfaction, internal business processes, and company learning and growth. Synapse is now one of about 500 elite companies recognized globally. Synapse achieved this milestone through the rigorous method of generating appraisal ratings – the SCAMPI Class A appraisal.
