- Introduced a new role, Consultants, to the Teams functionality
- Integrated comments on Status Reports with private messages (PMBs)

Skills Central
Ever wondered how many XML experts are on Elance, how many business writing jobs have been posted or how much CSS work has been completed in the last six months? Then Skills Central is your place. Skills Central is a new resource where you can explore the Elance talent market. You can access Skills Central from the navigation bar.
Teams
Teams is a new way for Elance providers to organize as a team and work together, making it easy for multiple individuals to work together and manage jobs within 1 provider account. The Teams functionality is available for Small and Large Business provider memberships as an optional add-on feature for a fee.
The Consultant role, a new role added to Teams, is especially for providers who have many employees working with clients and delivering work.

Status Reports
We’ve also added to the Status Reports feature. Starting today, comments made on Status Reports will be automatically archived for the project and published as a private message (PMB).
In addition, for hourly jobs, hours worked by individual team member are accessible to the employer.
Search Results
We also introduced changes to provider rankings for employer driven keyword searches. Providers with repeat customers, tested skills and verified credentials as well as recent and repeat earnings will rise to the top of provider keyword search results. Learn more
